Flameline offers free shipping and ships online orders within the continental US. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico requires extra cost.

Order delivery in 2 business days from the time your order has been processed. We can provide a tracking number if you ask for it. Orders containing multiple products will be divided into separate shipments. Orders will take up to 48 hours to process and may not ship until the following business day. The EXPRESS DELIVERY is affected by weather conditions, holidays and distribution capacity of the logistics company.

Most Flameline products ship for free. Please check the product page for the item you wish to purchase for further details about potential shipping costs.

Please note that if your new electric fireplace has already been shipped and needs to be delivered to a different address (whether you simply need to change the location or have made an error in providing your address) there will be an additional recall fee. So, please check your address carefully. And you can also email us to change the address in time.
