The interior of the fireplace is also designed with three colors and realistic flame effects, we have retained the classic orange and blue effects, while the top light is still the eternal orange, blue and purple. What's more, the fireplaces have adjustable wood-burning sounds that can be adjusted in quiet, medium and high levels depending on your environment and mood. Both the flame and the top light come in three colors, orange, blue, and a blend of colors, creating a realistic and attractive flame effect. The lifelike flame is like a little girl dancing in the fire, free and flexible, combined with the traditional fireplace like logs and glittering and translucent crystal , through the LED glass panel intuitive display, giving you a warm and comfortable experience.

The fireplace can only be installed in one way, note that it can only be embedded in the hole or mantel, not mounted on the wall. Luxstar offers free shipping and ships online orders within the continental US. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico requires extra cost.
Order delivery in 2 business days from the time your order has been processed. We can provide a tracking number if you ask for it. Orders containing multiple products will be divided into separate shipments. Orders will take up to 48 hours to process and may not ship until the following business day. The EXPRESS DELIVERY is affected by weather conditions, holidays and distribution capacity of the logistics company.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, and with tags. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can first contact us through customer service or email at info@luxstarhomeproducts.com. Please note that returns must be initiated through customer service. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, which you can affix to the box and then arrange for pickup with the courier. Damages and Issues
During transit, packages may encounter damage, resulting in product damage. Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
We only accept returns for items purchased directly through our website. If you purchased through an authorized dealer, please contact them directly. Additionally, we do not accept returns for gift cards.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected, and if deemed to be in good condition, we will process the refund within 10 business days of receiving the return.
